Terms and Conditions of EnrollmentEffective Date: June 2025Thank you for enrolling in Abundant, our online program for Catholic married couples (“the Course”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) and Cana Feast (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to the following:
1. Course Access and Content
Upon purchase, you will receive full access to the pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable handouts, bonus materials, an exclusive student community, and regular Q&A calls with the course creators.
Access is granted for the lifetime of the Course (defined as the period we continue to offer and maintain the Course).
We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance the content at our discretion to better serve our students.
2. Eligibility
This Course is intended for legally married Catholic couples seeking to grow in faith and intimacy.
By enrolling, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
The regular Course fee is $997, payable in full or via a payment plan if available.
Due to the nature of digital content and instant access to materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations after purchase.
If a payment plan is chosen, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to make payments may result in loss of access to the Course.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, handouts, text, images, and community materials, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Cana Feast.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share Course materials with anyone outside your household without our express written permission.
5. Community Guidelines
Access to the private online community is a privilege. You agree to maintain a respectful, charitable, and encouraging tone consistent with Catholic values.
We reserve the right to remove participants from the community for behavior we deem inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful, at our sole discretion.
6. Q&A Calls
Q&A sessions occur regularly at our discretion. While we make every effort to be available as scheduled, we reserve the right to reschedule or substitute facilitators if needed.
You are welcome to submit questions in advance and may remain anonymous.
7. Disclaimers
This Course is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or spiritual direction.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on the effort, openness, and engagement of each couple.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Course.
Our total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course and community if you violate these Terms, without refund.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
